Connecting Digital Inputs

Functionality of BIZ-TH100 Controller can be greatly expanded by adding extra sensors, detectors or other digital inputs.

Inputs port is located on the right bottom side of the Controller and has 4 pins. Pins are labeled V, G, I1 and I2, on the front side of the Controller.

Digital Inputs connect to the Controller Inputs port using a supplied 4-pin connector as shown on the picture below (actual connector has no markings):

V - Voltage pin, provides power for both Inputs (if needed).

G - Ground pin, completes the circuit. Connection to this pin is required whether the Inputs are powered by the Controller or not.

I1 - Communications pin for Input 1. If the Input is passive (only has 2 wires), connect the Input to pins I1 and G.

I2 - Communications pin for Input 2. If the Input is passive (only has 2 wires), connect the Input to pins I2 and G.

Note: When connecting 2 Inputs, both connect to the V pin (if needed) and both connect to the G pin (mandatory).
