What is unsecure mode?

Unsecure mode is an Access Control feature that enables any access key (even unregistered) to open associated locks.

 When should unsecure mode be used?

Unsecure mode is intended to be used when the locks are installed prior to populating the access user list. In such cases, no user could open the locks, especially the fail secure type locks which remain locked even without a power supply. Unsecure mode is here as a temporary solution until the access user list is populated and operational.
However, unsecure mode can be used in any situation where you wish to grant unlimited access to any access key for the associated lock.

Where is the unsecure mode option?

Navigate to Devices -> Peripherals, select the lock and open lock settings:
