Schedules

Schedules are a great way to set up the active periods for various functions of the Enterprise application including Subscriptions, Access rights and Video.

 

Navigate to Settings -> Schedules:

A - Edit selected Schedule

B - Delete selected Schedule

C - Edit table settings

D - Search Schedules

E - Create new Schedule

 

Create/edit Schedule:

Name - Enter a custom name for the Schedule, for easier management and better overview.

Recurrence* - Interval at which the start time of a Schedule will engage.

Start/end date - Dates between which the Schedule will be valid for start/end time activation.

Start/end time - Time window in a 24 hour period during which Schedule will become active, if other criteria are met (valid date, recurrence condition met).

 

*Recurrence explanation:

Recurrence can be set to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Once.

Daily - Schedule will be active from the start date to the end date, every day between start time and end time.

Weekly - Schedule will be active from the start date to the end date, on selected days of the week between start time and end time.

Monthly - Schedule will be active from the start time to the end time, once per month on the selected date between start time and end time.

Once -Schedule will be active only on the selected date, from start time to end time.
