Video surveillance tab offers live view from selected cameras with options to download a snapshot, start a manual recording, adjust camera settings and customize views.
A - Displays extra camera data (ID, container size, callback time and camera time). Default camera data shown are the Location of the camera and camera name.
B - Reduces number of columns of the video wall (camera views resize to fit the width of the screen). In the example above, a single column of camera views would be displayed, in four rows.
C - Increases number of columns of the video wall (camera views resize to fit the width of the screen). In the example above, three columns of camera views would be displayed, in two rows. Maximum number of columns depends on monitor size and resolution.
The following settings appear when you mouseover a camera image:
D - Take a snapshot and download it to your computer (download location depends on your browser settings).
E - Begin/stop manual recording.
F - Open camera settings.
G - Maximize the camera image to fill the Video Surveillance window.
By selecting certain Locations and Statuses from the left menu you can further customize the view. In the example, only enabled (and online) cameras from the Location "Savica" (and its sublocations) are displayed.
